Exhaust for top mounted radiator

With a top mounted radiator do u want the fans to pull air in to the case. This would be using the coolest air possible from room. Option 2 would be to push the hot air out through the radiator in to the room.

So which option is better?

you usually set it up as an exhaust

roof/top exhaust.

not that much in temperature difference between the roof as intake or exhaust.
easiest to remember, dust will not enter from the top if exhaust.
eventually what is in the case in heat will become room air..
