does gaming count?:rollingla

i lost a couple stones after i broke my ankle and had a operation on it but i wouldnt advise that LOL

could do with loosing a few more but im a lazy ass mofo.

if you like music/rhythm game then go google n dload stepmania and some songs for it and buy a cheap dance mat for like $5 :p

lol yeah i lost some weight when i got meningitis a couple years back but cba with getting that again hahaha

well skipping is pretty sick to do with music, and luckily we have a running machine in the house which saves the embarrassment of being a fat guy running round the streets haha, which is also good with music

just did 15 minutes and i feel like dying X(

Do you mean skipping like Mary Poppings? Or jogging?

I am an avid cyclist. Did my 4th ride since winter and already have my average speed up to 17.5mph for a 20 mile stretch. That's my exercise. Just wish it would stop raining so much so I could ride more.

Die-hards ride in the rain!

Yea ummm.... no. I don't have any rain tires. My tires are about 1" thick. I have a pic of my bike but haven't gotten around to posting it. Will do tonight. But yea, when I rode with a mountain bike I wasn't afraid to ride in the rain. But with my current bike, first turn I would wipe out lol, unless I take it at 5mph... :/

i mean skipping like with a rope. like Muhammad Ali! Cuz he's really 'ard!

i hate bloody cyclists. getting on my roads and whatnot.

Yeah that sucks! My bike has a bit wider tires than yours does, so I can ride in the rain :)

That's what my bike looks like, although that isn't my bike, just a picture I found on google:p

We hate people like you too. :P Acting like the road is ALL yours and whatnot. But honestly Goran I used to think the same thing. Till I started riding. Really the road is for cyclist too. When cyclists ride on the road its because the side walks really slow you down. From the bumps going onto the sidewalk and having to stop to go around cars that pull too far out and block the entrance to the sidewalk and etc. The road just makes since. Now I can understand the frustration when a cyclist takes up a FULL lane on the road for no reason. I try to hug the curb as much as I can as long as it's safe. You don't want to bump the curb, wipe out and get ran over. ;)

Didn't even think to get a pic from Google. :P I'll switch it to my own photo tonight, but this is exactly my bike.

haha, yeah i understand completely. i only passed my test a couple of weeks ago [third time lucky :D hahaha] and it seems everytime i want to take a nice corner there's a bleeding family of cyclists in formation waiting to block the road!

some cyclists really do leave like a 2 metre gap between them and the curb it's stupid

but i thank you for your kind and courteous cycling tendencies :D

I might take up cycling... i do have a bike SOMEWHERE

bought probably when i was younger based on the colour and the number of gears :P

WOOOOO riders! Ive got a Scott Ransom actually. Shes going soon as I think Im going to get another carbon Ransom or just get a really nice hard tail again.

Just dont get time to ride evenings and every weekend like I used to, OC3D consumes most of my waking hours atm.

Have been debating an early morning gym session a few times a week though....

When I had a 'normal job' I used to ride the 8 miles to and from work, do a 30mile long way home at least twice a week and be doing some kind of free ride or downhill stupidity every weekend. Was very very fit then and lets just say ....... Im not now :p

This is all I have atm. But its one of many bikes Ive had :D

I play rugby twice a week and if I can be bothered throw in a couple of gym sessions to keep me going. Sadly in summer the temptation to do nothing increases dramatically, but I'm gonna try and make sure I stay fit for next year when I'll be the star center :p

Let's get back on topic before I lose my breakfast. :P

Nice little bike you go there TTL. Looks like it would handle very well in some off terrain action. I used to do BMX back in the day (could bunny hop about 8' forward) but now I stick to paved trails as I love the speed.
