Just ran accross this.

-First version of this utility will support all EVGA GTX 260, 280 and 295 cards.

-Will work ONLY on EVGA graphics cards, and ONLY for EVGA registered users.

I think that its cause they promote OCing their graphic cards. Others would have to change their policy if they were to do this.

Just a fyi, the app can be hacked/patched not only to allow use on non-eVGA cards but also higher max voltage.

When you have Evga GVT, and you have this patch,

you are also able to adjust voltage of other NON-Evga GTX295's.
