evga step up 580 gb to 670 4gb

After a few set backs i'm finally starting my i7 3930k build. I have 2 580 ftw hc 3gb cards and with the rarity of the 680s should i get 3 670 ftw 4gbs or wait the extra month and wait to see if the 4gb 680s come back into stock. The 670s a very strong cards but in triple monitor benches the 680 4gb cards tend to get about 10-12 fps more then the 670 4gb cards. I have 25 days before my 90 days are up on the step up program.

Why 3? I understand from a benching perspective but is a terrible Idea for gaming. Non the less if you are getting 3 cards get nothing less than 4gb, on the assumption you are going to have a display set that will use all three GPUs, or your wasting your money.

yea i'm using 3 30" monitors thats why i want the 4gigs of vram. and the 3 580s didn't treat me badly in gaming replacing 3 580's with 3 670's or 680's if i can find them. Evga has a one 680 per household limit for now.
