EVGA GTX570 Vs EGVA GTX570 SuperClocked

Hi all, Hi Tom,

I was wondering about something.

One of my good local stores anounced the release of EVGA GTX 570 and EVGA GTX 570 Superclocked for about a week ago, putting the price right away, with Pre-Order Status.

Now the normal GTX570 is in Pre-Order at a price of 365€ and the GTX 570 Superclocked at 48h deleivery status at 395€.

I think they are a bit expensive buy now. ( note: EVGA GTX480 price:425€)

Is it worth the price diference??? Or I should buy stock and OC my self? Or I should wait to price drops a bit?

Thanx all.

Doubtful of much price drop, buy the stock GTX 570 unless you want the card asap then get the GTX 570 SC... Only impatience would make getting the SC card at €30 make sense

. If you can wait getting the stock is a better option. The SC cards are supposedly higher bins so can OC a bit higher and run slightly cooler but the supposed binning process for them is up for disagreement

, some say nvidia set aside higher bonner cards for OCed versions. If you're not a big OCer on GPUs I doubt the point would matter at all and so get the stock GTX 570.

Do you have a problem then post it don't come with a smillie and leave again or do you agree with me?

some people see the rolling smillie a bit different then others.

its as safe as buying a pre-overclocked one...

lmao some one else who doesn't realise pretty much every card comes from the same place and is the same.

If you want to pay some one top dollar to whack a simple small overclock on your card? fair play.
