EVGA GTX 770 Classified 100% fan speed.

Just built a PC for someone, but the fans on the GPU are stuck on 100%

Never had an Nvidia card, I'm so lost right now.

Any help?

between 24-26c on idle. Not installed a game on this machine yet.

I've tried Precision X.

Did you go right from and amd card to nvidia without doing a driver sweep? Or did you use the basic uninstall method?

Try reinstalling the drivers. Do a full uninstall and run driver sweeper, then let windows install the necessary driver. If it's running windows 8 or higher. It will install the latest windows certified driver from nvidia.

100% new build. Maybe I've missed something in the bios?

Indeed it is but the GPU wasn't installed as the guy who first attempted the build didn't get that far. He lost the power cables (just as well because the PSU wasn't powerful enough) I took everything out and started the build over as I have high standards when it comes to cable management.
