My work sayed to me, we have some thing to you. And that was it, so why not use it 
- But still, will get a 120 mhz screen some day, so my laptop from mac and use that screen all the time and also work whit my nas server. Så my new build will only be uset to games almost on some point

You don't need a better graphics card to run an IPS monitor if it's the same size as the one you're currently running. IPS panel monitors just have superior image quality and colour reproduction. They are just limited to a refresh rate of 60Hz (60 fps) at the moment.
What i mean was that i need to cards, have one in my rig right now.

is that desk area very solid around the middle? it looks like it is wide enough with no support in the middle-front that it might sag a bit if you apply weight to it?
