errors

just remember - i am in the UK, and it is quiet toasty where i am tonight.... the rest of the holiday period is expected to be very hot also.

do not overclock your rig in humid/hot atmospheric conditions

i have two settings for my rigs - a summer setting and a winter setting - these settings have been saved in BIOS

are u using cpu-z 1.57 ?

is it normal for prime95 to crash and not windows or is this a freak coincidence? ran it again core 6 stopped but the rest carried on fine my voltage is at 1.49 and fsb 211 and ratio 19

hmmm - let's see if anyone else can answer you

lol im on 1.496 volts now going to see if it stabilises i would be really un happy buying a black edition for £20 more if i cant get 4ghz out of it

remember that as you set the speed of your CPU, you are also setting your RAM.

raising your ratio for the cpu will also raise the clock for your memory - this will also have to be tweaked (not to be too far over the optimum settings)

just a thought

yea i got corair vengance ram that can do 1600 its set to 1466 or something and its got 1.515 volts going to them

the higher my ram is clocked the windows side bar loads faster i seduced the ram sopeed and now its taking for ever again

i have done a bit of searching for you

it seems it is your mobo that is letting you down

read this here and here. it is a 1095T running on the same mobo as yours and only getting 4.125GHz (the 1095T will ALWAYS be 0.1GHz faster than the 1090T).... so the max you can get, with your set-up, will be ~4.025GHz.

take a look

less than a day

at corev 1.47 and ratio 18 fsb 212 i get a stable and fast load for side bar

might try 3.9 ghz and see if it works

mem is at 1704 or something with 9-9-9-24 is that ok?

and cpu seems stable and quiet low temps at 3.8 ghz still might try turbo core to see if i can get 4ghz when only 3 in use worth a try?
