Both highly likely to be spyware or a trojan of some kind tbh
Just from the name that is - although a lot of download accelerators are trojans anyway
Simply, use ccleaner rather than eraser lite 2007 (probably does more and its free and legit)
As for download accelerators...they arent worth it really
