Email attachment for MAC not working

I got few question again. Hope you guys can help me.

1) i got a friends using MAC. when i sent email to her (with table and graph), she can received it nicely. BUT, when she want to forward it out, the alignment for the table looks ugly. Means it actually run out of the alignment and the line are gone. what is the problem?

2) can i use entourage mail apps for my computer? i am not a MAC users. i am using Dell at the moment.

It will be running in windows compatability mode. Either try set it to run normally or save it as a different / older format.

Either that or the other way around and its not running in compatability mode and needs to be.
