Tom deserves the credit. The "response" was a collaborative effort. I did a first draft with the information I knew and Tom added a lot of extra details edited as necessary.
It is Tom who has all the contacts here, and him who has kept up with everyone during this whole fiasco. I can't imagine what a lot of those people are going through. Makes me glad that Tom always pays me on time.
EK's treatment of their employees has been horrible. Delayed wages are just pushing their financial issues onto their employees, and that is horrendous. How many of them are behind on their rent or mortgages, or needed to make big sacrifices to make ends meet? I really hope that they can get what they are owed soon. They deserve much better than this.
