EK Backplate without waterblock

Hi,

I was wondering if the EK Backplate for the GTX460 will be compatible with a Gigabyte GTX460OC 1Gb and an EVGA GTX460 SC EE.

Note that these cards NO NOT have waterblocks installed and will be using air coolers.
