Seeing this progress makes me want to do something with all the plexi I have. A few years ago we had windows replaced in the house. My house was built in 1955 and the windows were in very bad shape. My mom and step-father many years ago had plexi "storm" windows put inside on the windows. They had a frame with magnet strip to hold them in, easy to take out to clean then. I took them off the 7 windows it was on before the new window installer got here.

I have 2 sheets 1140 mm x 1520 mm and the other 5 sheets are 1140 mm x 760 mm. It is about 4 mm thick. Not thick enough to edge fasten with screws, so have not tried anything with it and it needs polishing. I could make a lot of case windows I guess.

Small update,
using a small bit of clear epoxy to secure the sides to each other and base.

adding a hinge back panel

Installing hardware

water testing

Very impressive!! Love the resin effect you achieved. The only thing I don't get, dunno what the others think, is why is half the C in ECS missing?

It was a long a Fun Summer, Lot of exciting stuff for ICE Mod. I took it to Quakecon & a few Midwest Lans. Had over 5 interviews Quakecon and a ton of pics taken and in a article on CNN.
Adata Up their Game again and sent Some amazing memory. they are also making the memory with a Black PCB board
