ea :(

Hello people, i have recently been having problems with 2 games, Battlefield bad company 2, and Crysis, my build is easily suitable to support them, but they never really are able to play well, they crash in less than 10 minutes :(, all my other games are absolutely wonderful lol, but im sure it is something about my 2 EA games that are different, any suggestions?

*Something new occured, i set everything from all graphics settings, it seems to run for about 5 - 10 mins (Crysis) on Very High, it seems to actually work on very high better than the others BTW, i have tried DX 9 and 10, it makes no difference

try contacting EA to see what they say, what are your temps like In game, also try lowering your settings to see what happens

I may have figured out a solution, I kept on saving because i thought it would crash, now i cba saving, let auto save do its work, and it seems to be good :) kinda lol

yeah, i have call of duty modern warfare, half life 2 and 1 :D not that many recently though but BfFBC2 as i have earlier posted i think doesnt work either, but i have been playing crysis, and i can play it for longer now

might be the psu,ime shure some one on hear had the same problem and it was the PSU what is ur current PSU

I would suggest higher than a 550w fella, look around the 650w/750w mark from a good brand,as you said before your 5770 requires a 450w PSU and u have one but its running your whole system

great power suply that is, and a 650w will be fine to handle 2 5770's if you ever decided you did want the extra performance of crossfire.

either would be fine tbh but 650w gives you extra bit of headroom for re using it on your next build or a future upgrade like crossfire or a 5870 for not much more than the 600ws so id personaly get the 650w. Ive been using my 600w OCZ for several years as ive had no need to buy another because of an upgrade or a new build ect.
