Dual GPUs, overclocked

2x gtx780 strix Is it a technical reason for the 2nd GPU to be clocked lower than the other one? The first card shows as 1250MHz while the 2nd card only reaches 888MHz during GPU stress test.

2nd card running hotter or diffrent temperature targets which causes the 2nd gpu to boost less than the other one

If the GPU utilization for the 2nd card is random and inconsistent then it could be that SLI is not enabled. Should also make sure the latest drivers are installed so all stress testing software will read the 2nd card.
