Driving Test Tomorrow

So I have my (UK) driving test tomorrow and to be honest I'am sh**ting bricks. So my question is do you have any advice and how was your first driving test?

Pay attention to what you are doing. Stay right on the speed limit. Don't offer any bribes.

One thing I found that really helped is chatting to the examiner, it helped calm me down and it also encouraged the examiner to be a bit lenient on silly mistakes.

Lol bribing does not really work like it does in Movies, trust me I have tried.

I passed first time and i was scared to death! keep your head screwed on, look out for obvious stop signs and markings and always keep 2-4 mph under the limit just in case the road gradient changes you can act abit more efficiently. Also chatting is a good thing just don't get too carried away as it can distract you from the real task. Lastly if you make a mistake keep quiet and make nothing of it! i curbed the car in the test and he didn't notice it as i kept real quiet.

Good look and i hope i was helpful!

Thanks for the helpful tips. I'm just scared of idiots around me like today someone opened their car door and had no care to see if there was any oncoming traffic, scared the sh*t out me. And just impatient people who will do anything to overtake me lol.

I passed 6 months ago now, and here's what I found helped:

A) Before the test spend 2hrs out on the road with some last minute practice.

B) I was running a bit late for my test and my driving instructor told me to 'floor it'. So I did, and I found that giving the car a good thrashing right before the test calmed me down a fair bit.

C) During the test imagine that there is a half naked young female following you around in a convertible. It's a great way to make sure you spend enough time looking at the rear view mirrors :)

Also, its nowhere near as bad as you're imagining in your head. So just chill, drive how you always drive, and if you're ready to pass...you'll pass.

i just thought it was my best mate sat next to me and we was just havin a drive i also thought of all the posabilities of what drivin can bring

I passed first time and i just went in and drove, though i was probably over confident.

Just smile and chat and most of all watch the road and remember to turn the radio off, i forgot to do that and got told off, even though you couldn't really hear it lol
