My memory shouldnt be asynch im guessing?

I'm not sure what are you asking about? Your ram speed? Your cpu speed?. You should post more info about your rig (ram, psu, cpu, board...) your ram run quite slow if you got an 800Mhz ram.

get it up to 3Ghz :D More voltage and crank dem FSB's :D Like Thanh said, as lovely a screenie as it is, we need a bit more detail to fully disect it, what are you wanting?

He asked does it look right, and what he can do to improve.

Personally, I think that your timings could do with a tweak. Try lowering them to 5-5-5-15 or perhaps 4-4-4-12. Hopefully, you can find a suitable setting slightly faster than your current one.

Hope this helps. :)

Hey!

I suggest you go take a look at bios and check if those timings are correct. If they are you definately need to change them cause clocks like that are slowing your ram like hell.

Try setting them on 5-5-5-15 wich should run easily on DDR2 and you should really tell us more about your ram is it 667 or 800MHz?

And higher voltage of ram a bit.

@Chris

Why reply with what everyone said before you and a random comment about "upping his RAM volt" if you don't even know at what volt it is, not to mention you don't know the chips that are on there. He might even burn the whole freaking thing listening to such advices.

@Joe90k

I've not got much to add, but please do post your current cooling method(s) and current temperature.
