Do MSI Titan X cards come with seals?

So basically I ordered a Titan X in for a client build, however upon checking there were no seals on the side of the packaging where you would open it. Usually there is one on each end. Anyways upon opening it up there was nothing missing HOWEVER the antistatic bag was really worn and scrunched up (OK maybe exaggerating a tad) and looked as though it had been taken out and then repackaged.

I just want to know whether or not anyone knows if there should be seals on the package sides. As I don't want to be selling my client a used product when I have been contracted to build a new system.

I don't think there are any on the actual box ends themselves, but there is always at least a sticker on the anti static bag mate, if the bag is creased at all, like you said it shows signs of being opened, they are normally quite smooth and crisp, so to speak. personally, if it were me, I'd send it back, for a different one.

Yeah, my thoughts exactly, however I just wanted to be sure, as I can't really afford to wait an entire week for the one withme right now to get shipped back and for them to get a new one to me.

I know asus has them on the outside on their titan X though.

I've had a couple of MSI cards and recently as well, the box always had seals on both sides and antistatic bag was always pristine. Yours has used all over it if you ask me.

It won't be used but it could be a return that wasn't faulty or perhaps even just opened by the store for photographs. It wouldn't bother me at all, MSI will still honor the warranty as will the store. If it works and the product itself is visually perfect carry on.

Thanks for the input.

Either way, if it was for me personally I wouldnt care as long as the card worked properly, however since this is not a personal build I am just going to return it and get an Asus one in for the client, as that one has seals on it (cause I got one :p )
