i'm not sure that it's such a loss!
i can only speak as i find, and in over twenty years as a buyer of computer products, they are the only company i've found to increase prices on 'popular' items as their stock levels dwindle to below five units, then blatantly acknowledge it with a claim of "supply and demand" as justification for their actions.
