If you have it can be fixed, but not easily.
The equipment you'll need is more than the cost of a new CPU though :/

The delidding process didn't change the temps even by 1c.
Still getting 71 90 90 85 (realtemp) while running IBT at very high.

this kind of bullshit makes me suicidal.

How much thermal paste did you put on the die when you deliided (die is the bit under the metal heatsink..)??

^^ Curious as well. So much difference in temperature between the cores, that indicates too much TIM used

I see that video card has fans that blow upwards, meaning they will dump the videocard heat straight in you h100 radiator which is part of the reason why your temps are higher then normal.

^^ that shouldn't matter.
A lot of people use GPUs like that with decent temps. Also with AIOs / Custom Loops.
His temps are unacceptably high, has nothing to do with the GPU.

ok
delidded again, removed TIM and applied a thin coating this time:
1st pic : applied TIM seated on the socket.
2nd pic : removed TIM.

for some reason, now it detects ram on the previously undetected dimm slots.
