Different brands of the same card?

Can someone inform me on what the deal is with different brands of the same card?

For Instance, I am considering a RTX 3080.
Why am I seeing so many varients, what is the difference?

ASUS TUF Gaming NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080

MSI GeForce RTX 3080 DirectX 12 RTX 3080 VENTUS

EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 FTW3 ULTRA GAMING Video Card

GIGABYTE AORUS GeForce RTX 3080

Any difference? Are any better than the others?

Some will be better than the others, but the difference will be minor for the most part. Some will have better coolers, some will offer better performance. All of them will meet or exceed Nvidia's baseline specifications for their RTX 3080.
