dhl and intel rma question.

so il cut this long ass story down.
i have intel mb, and the onboard sound decided to go Really quiet with a high pitched noise over it.
This board plays sound without drivers installed on boot (plays the intel fan fare) and even that has the same issue.
so after trying diferent drivers and all the other stuff you do as trouble shooting. i emailed intel asking if there was a known fix. had to supply serial number and all that stuff
to my surprise they said i could just rma it. no messing around (could have sworn i was out of warranty apparantly not) and they will now send me a replacment board or a better one if they dont have the same one..

ANY way heres the question.
they sent me a dhl acount number im supposed to give to dhl so they will come and collect it for free.
But i cant seem to find where i enter that number. and all the contact us options are for phone numbers.

just wondering if any one knows where i enter this account number they gave me?

thanx.

just to update a bit..
you have to phone dhl.
and even though they tell you they will bring all the needed ables for you..
print out the address and stick it to the box.
also print out the rma number and stick that on the box too.. "the dhl driver said they dont provide lables any more"

as for the rma its self. it was fast and efficient. no messing arround no questions asked, and to my dissapointment they had the same board in stock so i didnt get an upgrade.
but i do like this board. and as a plus compared to my old one. i can now run at 4.3ghz at 1.35v and it wont throttle down to 3.3ghz after 10 mins of IBT.. (i think the old one did due to the power phase, because i have it set up exactly the same, the old one had to be 4.2 or it throttled down after prolonged heavy stressing. )
