I'd pass on a SSD if you're tight on budget, however a 120GB one would be nice for your adobe collection and OS.
Low end CPU cooler - something like a Gelid Tranquillo would be fine. Hell you could probably get away with stock cooling.
Then something like a GTX 460 (or equivalent) - you won't need it for games, but I'm pretty sure some of the Adobe stuff can offload processing onto GPU or something like that...
