Desperate help

Okay, so I built my PC earlier, and was doing updates and was doing the one for windows 10 then I blue screened now I can't get past POST (I can get into BIOS that's it).

first blue screen was this Kernal_secuirty_check_failure

rest have been this NTFS _File_system
