Yup, just a screensaver. It's called "System 47", a simulation of the LCARS computer interface from Star Trek TNG and Voyager. You can get it from www.mewho.com.

Well it was working great for awhile. Then it started having an Error when it would try to kick on the screen saver. Error could not find Macromedia flash. Which is odd because I have the latest version of Adobe Flash and I double checked. Weird! Not really worth the time, I just turned off the screen saver lol. A few people in the house did ask me about it as they caught a glimpse of it working.

Magic.. just grabbed "System 47" installed & working fine on my win7 64 bit system no probs.
