Automated systems do get annoying, but that bloke was mental
Altho as he said, why didn't the bloke just tell him to press the power button for 10seconds instead of trying to build a database with his name, address, tel number, email address etc.
funny stuff,i can sympathise tho becaue sometime you haveto go through a stupid amount of automated crap and giving all kinds of details and crap just for something simple..
I think the worse automated phone support I've had to use was for one of my old ISPs.
The ADSL went down so I phoned support and got to the support bit when sudeenly I heard "To report your problem please go to www.xxx.com and login to the members area" then the phone went dead where it had hung up on me
I had to go to use someone else's internet to report that my internet was down
