Ut3 using a physx card over a CPU on intensive levels sometimes showed 200% improvements if I remember correctly, so I guess its possible.
i know ut3 utilizes it, as the engine was built from the ground up with physx in mind even from day 1 they were touting the physx capabilities, which is probably what brought Physx forward a bit.
however crysis managed to push it all through the CPU... even a quad core seems to struggle with everything thats going on, i think perhaps they should try shifting some of the struggle over to the Physx cards if they're available.. it'd be a fantastic future project.
also having seen how the PS3 handles physics, liquid, cloth etc.. does that have any physx hardware in it? (think ut3, which was advertised alot on ps3) or is it the cell doing all the work? (understandable with all its flippin cores)
i ask because i've just playing some of the mini downloadable games where theres water on the screen, in my opinions this shows its capable... so ut3 will be ramped up on it at least,

hehe
the biggest problem with the ut3 engine for me is audio, gears of war and UT3 both have serious issues with audio when using X-Fi + PhysX

although that might be Vista :S
