Was not thrilled with the multiplayer demo on the console, but after watching some gameplay on Justin.tv and reading up on the long beautiful campaign, and now Ill have a rig that can rock it, I think I might just pick it up, If so Im in.

Just went back and checked the story on the Crysis 2 dx11, Ya, it only ships with DX9, but is said the company is supposed to release DX11 capabilities for it at a later date?

ive had it since this morning but only got the chance to play it now since been at uni all day. I can play it at 1920*1200 with everything maxed out and it never drops below 30fps

I was doing some reading up on the game and I came across THIS and thought it would help you guys out.

I canceled my preorder i'm going to wait until the DX11 patch is released and for when the add graphics setting to the game instead of having to mess around with the .cfg files.

That actually looks very good, The logo and its colors kind of look like they belong there.

I have an Idea that im curious what it would look like. If you could add a texture to the OC3D emblem, its own texture like the background and the crysis text has. Not a suggestion, just curious. But If I had to choose I like the first and third the best, Actually the first, I like the way you only see the legs, leaves more to the imagination, also looks like you are looking at the logo after being knocked on your ass, And the texture from the background coming through the emblem layer makes the emblem look like it has its own texture. The second one with just transparencey and no texture in background makes the emblem look a bit flatter, more 2 dimensional.

OK. I'm not gona play MP if there isn't a suit voice volume option because it's horribly distracting, repetetive and the better we get at the game the more we hear it so the more i hate it lol. sad and true. Destiny beat them to it giving the BETA to XBOX. I told Crytek alot of problem in the demo, mainly suit voice and the voice overlaps and Nano Vision is linked to effects while the other are dialogue sound options so to eliminate the voice I had to play with no sound in the demo and the proper MP game. In the campaign all suit voice is linked to dialogue and GHOULS voice too so again a problem :/ lol

In MP I'm changing suit mode at almost violent speeds to savour every bit of suit energy, the voice destroys that and it's a main skill point

If that's your only complaint,then Crytek have got off lightly methinks,the rage over most of the net concerning this game is HUGE,there are sooooo many bugs its untrue,codes not working,ranks dropping,no games starting,bad AI(throwing nades then running into them is funny as hell).If you look on the mycrysis forums the PC section is full of complaints(the PS3 is not far behind).
