CrossFlow...The Next Evolution.

just been reading through that site, there's like 40 year old men that are acting like there 15. glad this place isnt like it.

The winner had some cool ideas, but he basically sucked up to Cooler Master. On the overall look, innovativeness and uniqueness he did very badly in my opinion and he really didn't make anything that people would want. Ventilation sucked like the front intake fan breathing through a tiny little mesh area, the hard drive also appears to be starved of air. In my opinion there should have been a usability criterion because not everyone wants something that looks cool and overheats or doesn't last well.

Ok I have had time to grow up and get over the contest mess. I just finished the new cover for the comp. I made it out of perforated metal and its finish is a cross between anodized blue and chrome. I put a stainless steel handle to carry it.

Now time to start working on the alum version. I think I am gonna use a mATX mobo (3" shorter) and my 7950 that is just sitting in the closet.

very very nice case there...

also nice to see someone bar the Stacker users with one of those X-flow fans...

I was wondering if there is any PC Cases that have a grill-like side panel instead of the usual Windowed side panel, something similar to that of Lian-Li (Simple in design)

He hasn't covered the tubing, that is how the tubing comes. Check out the link above the picture. Real expensive stuff too!!!

ooh, maybe not then, that would cost me hundreds to do my rig, for no real benefit apart from looking awesome.

if you really want to get that look then look in the car acc. shops for the engine braiding kits, its a cheaper way to do it
