crossfire

I have two cards x1950 and x1950pro i have external bridge set up

but in catalyst no option for crossfire is there any advice please

Do you have a CGI setting in your motherboard BIOS? If so you need to set to 'enabled'. When you're running Xfire (and SLI also) you need to enable this option as it enables Peer to Peer writes which allows the Video cards to talk to each other. Mine is under the 'advanced tab' in my Northbridge chipset config on my ASUS P5B Deluxe

i have no option in bios for cgi or sli motherboard is gigabyte crossfire ready

dual core intel i have put crossfire edition x1950 in master and x1950 pro in slave

Can you xfire to different cards?

my understanding is that you need one crossfire edition and one crossfire ready to make it work in crossfire mode
