Maybe not the most impressive, but I like to run air, cool and quiet so a modest overclock and undervolt was right where I wanted to be.

Here's mine to add into the mix. :)

Like most I've had it lot's higher for benchmarking and stuff when I first got it, but settled with these numbers for everday

2500k 4.6ghz 1.35v CM V8
8GB ddr3 1600oced to 1866 but a bit looser timings
ASUS z68 pro
6970 oced 950mhz core 1450mhz mem (had 2 6970's till one pooped out)
120GB corsair force 3 ssd
1000w kingston psu
storage hdd's- 3TB, two 1TB, 500GB, 300GB

I want to push it to at least 4GHz (I have seen it do 4.1GHz on turbo). Tried messing with the voltages but MSI kinda abandoned my board after creation, so it doesn't have any support :(

At current settings I can do 3.3-4GHz no problem, 3.5GHz is iffy and 3.6GHz is BSOD.
