CPU Cooler (problem)

Sorry guys if this is wrong forum, but i'm unable to find what's this cooler:

I can't find it anywhere on the internet, typed everything, for example:
Terra cpu cooler lga 775
Terra cpu fan
Terra cpu heatsink
Terra it's my world cpu cooler/fan... etc
But... nothing like this, can you please help me to identify this cooler, i want to see his specs... etc. Thanks

Not sure what cooler it is. However, Terra are an IT company that make systems, so it would have been rebranded by them.
