CPU cooler ideas

Hello,

Im looking for a new CPU cooler (as im using stock atm, wich is pretty loud).
I have bin looking around for a while and found some 40/60 euro cpu coolers.

Altough im a pretty techy guy, i dont know alot about cpu coolers.

So if any of you guys have any ideas on what i could buy (around 40/60 euros) that would be great.

PS: im not looking for a cooler for huge overclocks or something i just want a silend cooler.

(Im sorry for the spelling im dutch and have dislexia)

Use one of those but with just the 120mm fan.
