Counter-Strike: Source Crosshair Question

I was at my brother's place this weekend and I played a little Counter-Strike: Source on his PC since I didn't bring mine because I had to take the train to Oslo. (Where he lives.)

And when I joined a server I was shocked by his crosshair. He had a crosshair with the normal cross, but with a square around that showed recoil so good. I really loved that crosshair.

Now the problem is that I don't know how to get it. He had no clue how he got it. He didn't download anything so he probably got it from a server he joined.

I've tried to Google so much, but I don't find anything at all. It drives me crazy because I really want that crosshair. I've looked at FPSBanana or GameBanana as it's called now, but there's nothing like it there.

So I'm really hoping that someone that reads this knows how to get it. Here's a lame drawing of kinda how it looks like: (The yellow square changes size depending on the accuracy of the weapons, if you're walking, ducking, shooting, flying (Surf) etc. It also gives the snipers crosshairs with the same square which is kinda not fair, but I love it.

So easy to shoot people without aiming.

cant you just change it in the options?

not 100% as i aint played css in a while but it has a few default you can use.

No, you can't. The only thing you can do with the crosshair in CS:S is to change it's colour. :/

Um, try fpsbanana it may be a re-skinning of the cross-hair.
