He planned to just put it under his desk where no one can see it, that's why I wasn't allowed to put much money into things like sleeved cables. But I think it doesn't look that bad.

My own PC has to be upgraded, as you see on my graphics card. Originally I was planning 2 GTX 780s, a new PSU and some other stuff. But as I am studying plus working 45 hours a week I don't have much time for it right now. Therefore it doesn't look that great.
But I can upload some pictures anyway, if you want.

Just a quick update:

2x Gigabyte R9 290
random PSU from a friend

I am using my PC as a mining rig now and because of its incredible noise output, I had to move it to the kitchen.

Coming soon:

new PSU
cooling solution for the graphics cards
cable management

Would have gotten an aftermarket cooler for the 290's or put them under water. Would not get a stock one.

Custom cards have not been available.
I think I will either buy something like Accelero Xtremes or some water cooling. If I decide to go with water, I might also upgrade the case to a 900D or so to get some additional space for all the rads and stuff...
