Corsair Factory Tour :)

Well tomorrow at 4, I set up an appointment for my friend and I to go on a Corsair factory tour. I love having Corsair in my city :D It's going to be interesting to see the RAM machines up close =] Maybe I'll get some free ram?! :O John Kruse is a very nice guy btw.
 
No heh. Intel is (or at least was) a US company, though they have fabs and other facilities all over the world now. Israel has at least one fab and an R&D facility where the C2D was developed.
 
Dont forget ur friends here at OC3D...At the end of the tour dont they let you stick ur hand in a barrel and get a handful of memory?(Il take a pair of the water cooled ones)

Or maybe that was a Candy tour...

Lol! Do they really allow that? That'd be so awesome. Anyone know my chances of getting free ram?
 
Regardless of whether you do or don't mate, it'll still be a real eye opener. Have fun and enjoy every minute :)
 
Print off some oc3d stickers and sneak off and put them on some of the ram :) then when people recieve the ram, free advertising.
 
By the way, while you're there tell them that I've finally got a lawyer willing to sue them for use of my name.

I had it well before them, and they didn't ask my permission :mad:
 
Hey guys! Just got back from my tour. It was really cool seeing how everything is tested and built :) We got to go into the main game testing room. I saw some of Corsair's fastest (18xx MHz I think) DDR3 naked without the heatsink:D I also saw so many P5Ks, so many power supplies and so many 8800s :D

I also got a sneak peak at a new product that Corsair hasn't announced yet, but will be announced in the coming weeks :) I saw the testing, the retail packaging, and the product up close :)
