corsair ax1200 watt power supply

i bought a corsair ax1200 watt power supply i just wonndered if any body knows a answer when i first switch the computer on it makes a click and the computer starts up and it clicks only once when the computer switches off is this normal for this power supply.

Thats normal. I think its a relay or something like that.
