Corsair announces NEW H90 and H110

hmmmm interesting, seems like this is Corsairs answer to NZXTs Kraken. I just wonder if Corsair's been sitting on these coolers for a while and just haven't released them until now considering that pretty much no pre-done watercoolers could compare to the H-series from Corsair-until the Kraken arrived from NZXT.

NZXT sure beat Corsair to the market with these. Corsair either had this made already or they....and maybe even NZXT.... buy it from another manufacturer and brands it their own. Outsorced branding isnt a new phenomenon in this business.

Problem is because best 140mm fan is Gentle Typhoon AP-15 120mm with adapter.
I mean best fans are 120mm.
CORSAIR Coolers look best. I only have confidence in their technical support and in their unit after H70 and H100.
Only this new Swiftech is in my mind last week and I wait that.
Every day I look for that review, wait.

Not very interested, I'm waiting for the third competitor; Swiftech H220 ;)

H100i is better than this 2x140mm radiators.
I came every 6h to search and wait for review of H220.
Everything is on stand by. I was planed card with AIR cooler, now I'm not sure any more. One 4GB NVIDIA with water block would be excellent option for me.
That would be easy, installation for 5 min, under warranty graphic card with waterblock, same from Swiftech.
My first small loop in silence of 4xGentle Thypoon AP-45.

Really these releases was not needed. Already H80i and H100i was doing great and newly released. I can hardly think that there will be much improvement of 140mm's over 120mm's.

im sory ppl might say i do lie or something but best premade custom cooler is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tZgctchIQ7M sry for link and because its not tony but its ces tony wasint there and this cooler made me think i h8 my AMD and i want intel now and i knew most of ppl here love corsair i do like them too but that pump wow and flexibility to easy put gpu or other rad in there is nothing corsair or NZXT can do about that ...

I can't explain how I'm hot for H220 from moment when Linus hold that radiator...
Of course that need immediately fan changing on 2100RPM, every 1% of AIR power is need because plan is one bad boy like this

evga680classihydro2.jpg

Hydro can't cool both with 135$....I'm glad because sign and on graphic block in corner...
Yes 140mm radiator in any version is absolutely not needed but people non stop ask about that, ask and ask and ask...difference between 280mm radiator and 240mm witg good fans I think it's same level... First 10 best world fans are 120mm design, but like I say people ask non stop, now they have...
My 650D have holes for 280mm radiator but I think only silence people can get because bigger area.

Who's Tony?

1. afaik missing "i" means it doesn't have all that fancy software part to it
2. there's no SP140 and SP's are better than AF's for rads, so I wonder if it even performs better than H100i?

The overall aesthetic appeal of these new coolers just seems very sloppy to me when compared to the H80i and H100i, like they were rushed. I'm sure the performance is there, but they look so damn... plain...

I guess some people prefer that look though, so meh.

Edit:I was referring to the new Corsair coolers, not that Swiftech unit. I had NOT seen the Swiftech unit up close or demo'd... wow... now THAT'S bringin sexy back in the most unassuming and frankly clean looking package!

They look rushed to me as a panic over NZXTs kraken range. I imagine they will refine them for the second generation with 140mm SP fans, mounting system etc.

definetly 28cm gives bether effect fans produse less noise and while being bigger it can reduse temps a fair bit but im not sure is there any presure optimize good 14cm fan thats why i prefer swiftech because you can ad other rad or change for eg. 360 or anything else to be fair i do see only 1 - there but probably if i could see it from closer look it might be not - so that is the http://i01.i.aliimg.com/wsphoto/v1/...pression_fittings_nozzle_G1_4.jpg_200x200.jpg i would be happy to se things like this instead what is there now yea i knew probably it would cost more but if you are other components you probably use something like this and to be fair i would not want to se 2 diferent mounting types anyway i thing it is good for consumers that there will be 2 280 instead one because it might do price drop or something ;)

Who's Tony?

no its Linus from Kanada i think =D

+1 for the swiftech.I watched that vid a few days ago,and it instantly convinced me.

My thought exactly!

It was about time Swiftech (or any other specialized water-cooling brand) showed them how it's done. Especially with all these over-hyped AIOs that's in the market. Plus, it makes me wonder what reviews is it going to get, especially since most reviewers seem to be in love with the H series ;)

The H110 is actually a Kraken X60 but with a Corsair logo. Only thing that's different are the fans I think.

Wrong. They are both made by Asetek. IE: bought designs from Asetek.

Corsair use Asetek units on their 'lower end' stuff and cool it for the uber stuff.
