Corsair AF 120 V AF 140

Would it be worth it fitting 2 140mm fans on the front of my corsair 900D over the 2 120mms,only going to be 2 at the front as ive got a 480 rad in the bottom of the case.

I think so, since they move more air you will be able to run them at a lower speeds compared to the 120's aiming at achieving the same results.

This. They'll either be quieter while shifting the same amount of air or they'll move more air at the same noise levels.
There's probably not a noticable difference though.
