Coolits new 12 tec cooler and freezone elite;

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------Cant wait to see what the freezone ELITER can do for cooling considering the eliminator is keeping my q6600 quad cool at 34mhz 62 degrees at highest prime95 small ftts. Remember the eliminator is designed for a dual only not the quad.

The boreas is a monster, cant wait to see some specs of that beast as well as they have some program that integrates to the system to on screen control and watch it as well as if the fan goes or an issue happens it will text msg you or email you to alert you. Thats cool! Now I just want price and availability.

Hey just went to coolit and found the new freezone elite and the boreas 12 tec cooler system.

Looks like thr freezone is now black and shaped differnetly plus it looks like a bigger fan. Looking forward to this, If my eliminator does what it can this thing should prove to be a beast.

The boreas looks to have multiple lines for gpus and cpu as well as the tech sheet says the elite can be set up for dual cpus or gpus. As well as the freezone elite seems to be triangulated in the rear. Loven the black!

2 's up for that!

The elite says it can handle dual cpus as well, must put some serious cooling out.

You’re at work (miles from home) and you get a text WARNING PUMP FAILURE MELTDOWN IMMINENT that should make your work day less stressful. :D

Yeah..not bad looking units, compact, they look well built as well. Be useful to have decent review done on those.

LMAO!

Youd fear hearing your cell ring. :D

I think its safe to say that theres a shut down built in or a safety system in place.

They chose a very nice case, but i don't think these units are that good.

The temps they produce can be matched with a good w/c setup for less £.

Maybe this unit has been revised and can pull some decent temps, gues there is only one way to find out...

Whens the last time your water system frosted a cpu?

My eliminator did! :D

Id say that with the improvements and case mods these will fair a bit better then people think. Its going to be a situation for some like is a core 2 duo better than a quad like it was from 1 to 2 cores. 2 sides of the fence, Im open minded and open to different views hence the reason I love this forum. Probably some of the best info has come from here as well. :worship:

just like water is based on airflow, the more the better. If you take 1/2 the airflow needed for ambient temps on a H20 system and place it on a collit it would be a pretty big difference. But there is no apples to apples here they are differnet systems.

Hey man :)

My w/c took my cpu to -18.5 until I took out the 320w tec out ;) I just think they are inefficient!

Your tec takes your cpu to below ambient at idle? But goes well over under load?

They are good and I'll happily say its awesome if it can hold the load :)

For me, if I'm getting a tec its a juicy one that will keep it below zero... If you have to insulate then you may as well go for it...

Hey guys seems that there has been some interest from this expressed to coolit on our behalf from some forum members so we are in talks and im going to see if I can bring over a review model for you

Exactly. And it's much easier to insulate for subzero load temps than it is for 0c or above temps.

I have a coolit freezone that I am not using atm.

Would that help. The only problem - and one I haven't got around to fixing is that its missing one of the CPU mounting kits - the one for the C2D that I put in a safe place and never found again...

I can now confirm that we have the following:

Freezone CPU Cooler

Eliminator CPU Cooler

Ram Fan Cooler

PCI Cooling Booster

USB Beverage Chiller

Being fedex'd to us as we speak - we will have these in for testing next week, if all the unit meets our quality control and tests then we will be putting them in to stock at the end of the week :):p we have also insured the OC3D get Priorty review items so they can test these to :)

Can you get me a new mounting kit - if I give you the correct part letter?

Should be no problem if you can get me the part number asap might even get it out tomorrow with the testing pack :p

You know that thing that happens when when you loose something, can't find it anywhere and then eventually give up and stop looking....

I found it
