Coolant seperated??

Hey everybody. It's been like 2 months since I used my computer and I noticed in the reservoir the coolant actually separated from the distilled water. Should that be a problem or is that perfectly fine??

Sorry i thought I added the coolant type. Its a mayhem pastel.

Which one though specifically? Also did you make sure to clean the loop properly before filling? Did you dilute the coolant or add any extra additives?
