Hello. I see screenshots all the time where people have altered the appearance of windows. How do you do this? Is there a single utility that offers a bunch of different mods or do i have to find and add them individually?
Currently i'm running Windows 8 with the shell start menu mod thing, but i would like to be able to change more if possible.
If people could suggest any cool mods or utilities, that would be sweet.
