So i just bought a whole bunch of new parts for my rig here are the specs:

SilverStone 650W psu 80mm fan

2 Gb Corsair Dual Channel TWINX DDR2

Abit AB9 Pro

Intel Core 2 Duo E6300

tell me what you guys think!

I may have suggested something other than the AB9 as well, its a great board and works well, but the layout is so bad that it just destroys all of the good features that it has. The Gigabyte DS3 would probably have been a better choice in that same price range.
