Computer Constant restarts?

Another update since it won't let me edit my previous post, is that this is whats shown in the event viewer:

If you want me to look closer at anything, just tell me. All the Criticals are the Kernel Power event 41, which says the PC wasn't closed cleanly.

Try this and see if it helps:
1. Right click on 'My Computer'
2. Go to 'Properties'
3. Go to 'Advanced System Settings' on left side column in window
4. Click on the advanced tab
5. Click on Settings button under 'Startup and Recovery'
6. In that, under 'System failure', uncheck the option 'Automatically Restart'.
7. Apply and exit.

Update for everyone.
After several changes to my settings, I finally fixed it (I think).
I opened my PC, saw 2 problems, looked like some sort of liquid (too minuscule to check it) was on it - I checked my GPU since thats the only thing thats cooled with that - and it was perfect.
I then saw my RAM and noticed it should be running at 1600Mhz - Not 1333 - nevermind 600-700! so i changed it and no restarting for 2days.

However, in speccy it is still being found as 800Mhz - not 1600Mhz, any ways to confirm this is wrong or something?

Here's my event viewer also after fixing this.

RAM actually runs at half its rated speed. It's just because...er...it's too complicated for me to comprehend. Rest assured, however, your RAM is fine.
Check my CPU-Z validation thingy in my sig to see that my 2133MHz RAM is shown to run at 50% of the speed.
