Just got back from my office Christmas party and am pretty wasted... my saitek is strugglling to make up for my errors.. ok its not trying at all. Anyway just wondering if anyone else has had a quality one or if it has been a bit pants... A random woman kicked off at me earlier but i'll explain all tomorrow in this thread when I can see properly.

Spend 2 quid 20p total.... How wicked is that!!!

nice one. I have been at work all night :(

No office party for me. Thou my friend went on one last yeah and got in a fight. Went to swing at someone and missed and lamped his manager one. :nono:

And his manager is a woman who was getting married 2 weeks later.

He gave her a black eye

Decided to give the office parties a miss this year. We had 2 organised for this year, one biggie, the other a small event. Instead, I went to pizza hut at lunch for the all you can eat buffet with some friends :lol Just a quick outing, then back to work

Eurgghhhh....

I didn't crawl out of bed until about noon.. Then had to help ma dad get the sofa out of the house and go pick up a new one and squeeze it in. That made me feel sooooo perfect! I was suffering by the time we finished that. I'm a bit better now though so figured I'd sign in here and see whats happening... Not a whole lot it seems. Fairly quiet day.

Oh yeah and that woman last night...

I accidentally kicked some blokes back who was sitting on the floor next to a chair chatting to this woman in the dark so I couldn't see him. I said sorry twice and carried on because I had a few bottles of beer and a bottle of wine to hand out. Anyway a few mins later the woman prods me on the back (we were sitting on the next table) (oh yeah it was a join-a-party type thing where you have loads of companies) and she says that hurt him you know and you didn't even say sorry?? I was like umm yeah I did twice and it went on for a minute or so with them disagreeing. For a start can't that bloke speak to me himself?

Later in the night she came walking up to me and said so if I were to just glass you in the back now would that be alright then?? I was like WTF??? I was expecting her to come up and apologize. I said ummm nope but if you kick me in the back by accident and say sorry twice then yeah that would be fine.. She didn't really like that. She went on for a minute and then said you did it on purpose though!! I was like errrr yeah because I always just go around kicking people I don't know in the back?? Plus it was hardly a kick.. It was like walking into someone. She then said your just a complete asshole (@rse) aren't you really?? I said your just a complete bltch aren't you really? She said WHAT DID YOU CALL ME!! I said Oh sorry... I called you a complete bltch. I was expecting a slap as soon as I said it but it was worth it just for the look on her face but then my boss came over and told her to leave it. He knew about them giving me grief earlier so he knew I wasn't starting trouble.

My other work mates thought she was trying to chat me up the whole time :D so were quite surprised when I told them what had happened.

i hate people like that. Who turn into complete idiots after having a few. The whole world has to revolve around them!

My company christmas party was ok, could've easily been a fight or two tho lol :)

The food was crap tho :(

One of the new blokes (22yr old skinny bloke) decided he could out-drink the biggest bloke on the workforce (ex rugby player, basically solid as a rock) so after everyone laughed, they decided to get him some drinks.

First one was a shot of whiskey, they put 3shots of aftershock in a glass of coke and told him to drink the shot of whiskey down with the coke. Which was pretty funny altho I felt a bit sorry for him as he did exactly that thinking it was coke and turned white lol.

That sort of became the objective of the night for a few people (to get this bloke drunk) he could barely walk and was just one of those annoying c0cks who gets drunk and talks cr@p while thinking they're hard. Someone bet him £10 he wouldn't pull, next min he goes outside and comes back in with this dodgy looking bird (prob a hooker) who kissed him, pulled a hotel key out of her bag and demanded the £10. Which was met by one of the blokes wifes telling her to F-Off (nearly starting a fight).

Then the drunk fool started messing around and some chav bloke who works with us decided because the drunk touched his hair he would start a fight with him  looking at us for backup (like chavs do in gangs) to which we replied 'calm down' (well nearly those words)

Next the drunk challenges the ex-rugby player to an arm wrestle, which we thought might result in a trip to casualty. Luckily the other bloke eased him over slowly (while drinking his pint) everyone else was just laughing.

Then the drunk gets up annoyed and starts kicking the chairs around, which also results in one of the staff running out of the kitchen and asking him if he wanted to pay for the chairs lol

I think it's a bit of a typical party for our company. Last year there was a fight

I still don't know how they didn't kick the drunk bloke out tbh. Or even refuse to let him back in, the state he was in :(
