chipset cooling

Hi all,

I want to cool my cpu and chipset on one loop and as advised here my 2 graphics cards on a seperate loop, will the north bridge, south bridge and mosfet blocks restrict the flow more than a cpu block ?

Should I run the chipset and cpu in series or maybe the chipset and cpu in parellel using a Y splitter so each are getting a fresh cold feed ?

Any suggestions ?

I would run them in series, and although there will be restriction, it wont stop your loop unless your pump is made by thermaltake.

Will 10mm tubing be ok for it, only I like the idea of the pushfit for neatness or do you think I need to go for 1/2" ?

Thanks,

Oh !! I forgot to say I will be using a Laing DCC ultra with an XSPC single bay res a P120.3 rad dangerden cpu block and basicaly what ever Gigabyte X48 chipset blocks are avaliable

well the performance hit i so small you wont notice it... Inonefly you've suddenly appeared in every topic ever (well it seems that way) Did you have a day off or something? it must have taken you years.
