I figured it out.

But I still win for lowest voltages at 4.5Ghz.

I did managed to run my PC up to 5.4Ghz at 1.4v; however, it failed Prime95 shortly after.

Dunno if you'd include this, but I can get stable on my 3770k with 1.185v for 4.5ghz. Apparently thats still good for IB

The only thing my CPU seems good for is getting to 5GHz at 1.4v boot stable

Mine's a let down at the high clocks and voltages, but I'd probably rather have it like it is than able to reach 5.4ghz or something crazy at more volts I'd be happy with for 24/7 anyway

I'm good with 1.21v for 4.5GHz, but it would be nice to get it lower
And yeah, the only way i'll benefit from my chip's tolerance of high clocks is if I try to watercool in the future.

Yeh - by the time I'll be watercooling, I'll have upgraded the PC anyway so it doesnt really matter
