so living in Canada, good watercooling is hard to come by, unless you look at dazmode, it is an online store dedicated to watercooling.

Now i've seen the review tom did on the XSPC Rasa RS360 , and liked the idea, but then again i was wondering if that wound be enough for a 2500k + gtx580... decided it wouldn't be and then found this

basically its an upgraded version of the kit tom reviewed: better pump/rez combo and better(thicker) rad

i also wanna call the owner (its a 'small business' and ask if i can upgrade to the raystorm cpu block, and get red led's instead of the blue ones, also wanna see if he'll let me upgrade the pump to a vario type, so i can set it slightly slower to be quieter) and with the addition of a XSPC universal block, some modding, and luck, i'll have the perfect loop (for me)

i'm excited for december to come sooner !!

ok, now i have a question for you guys, will that single 60mm 3x120 rad be enough for my loop?

also when a block has an IN and OUT, is there anyway to take it apart and assemble it so that its the opposite way? i wondering for the xspc universal gpu block, i want the in to be on the left side not the right :S

1) Daz is a good guy. He's not really in the business to make money (well of course he is, but less so than many); he is an enthusiast and loves water cooling. Definitely respectable.

2) That kit addresses the weak point of XSPC's original 750 kit: the pump. Nicely done, Daz.

3) No. Well, let me get more specific: Yes, the RX360 can cool your CPU and GTX580. No, it won't do it well. You can expect better temps than air, but it is not optimal. You'd want a quad for optimal.

4) I honestly don't know much about the Raystorm block. Head over to SpecialTech and ask him yourself.

Yepp that should do it. The rad is thick, 6cm!. One 120cm rad surface is enough for each component. You could even use sli with that radiator. When it comes to the cpu/gpu block, you should check their home web and download installation guide.

Maybe they launch a kit with the raystorm cpu block? would have asked them if they have plans for it, and get that one instead.

Yup, definitely looks interesting. I'm sure it'll be able to cool the CPU and GPU fine. It's a really thick radiator. Like Azurite mentioned, there's a lot of surface area for good cooling.

Well, maybe on a GTX with a 5000rpm Delta.

i'll answer backwards, so first, the Raystorm block is good. i read a few reviews on it, it is one of the best blocks available right now.

as for the rad, you said better then air temps

good thats all that i want in the temp department because even though i have a high clock on my cpu, it doesn't give off that much heat, and as for my 580, i'm not OCing it right now, and i don't plan to in the near future. IF i need to in the future i will add another rad, but again it will probably be in the front of my case because IF i add another rad it will be so that i can mod my case more (as i think i will have fun doing it)

earthmonger, hahaha your funny man... you CAN cool those components on single rad, look at the h60 (for cpu) and look at the zotac infinity, both are single rad solution both are THIN rad, with shit pumps and crappy small tubes, but guess what they CAN work,

keep in mind no one said OC the crap out of the components cooled by single rads, and keep them at 2degrees above room temps

they work, but not as well as a custom loop, put it that way

exactly. Some wc for less noise and better temps then aircooling. Some are wc to have the best temps with oc.

i think they are the same normal xspc kit fans, WHICH i heard are pretty much on par with the GT fans, i'll see how my temps are. i do plan on either swapping them or adding 3 coolermaster sickle flow (red led) fans, but not sure when i'll do that.
