CaseLabs owners?

Cheers, I hope to get started next week. I am not to rush mine as want to try and get it right first time. I am sure yours will be well worth the wait.

Update on the case.

Still haven't got it even though i was going to make the order last month, a few things have some up. First was that, i had a moment where i wanted a new TV so i'm saving up for that and second is, a friend of mine is also thinking of getting one. Case will have to come first since its going to sit on my desk and the TV will be wall mounted next to it.

This also gives me time to think about if i want it in reverse or standard layout, which i'm finding hard to make up my mind for. i know a kit is available to switch from one to the other but i want to order the case and accessories in one go and leave it there unless i really need to order other accessories.

Just waiting for my fan splitters & controller till I start my build properly. Got two rads & PSU & motherboard installed. Picked up an absolute (in my opinion) bargain on ebay. Brand new I7 3930K for £320 inc. postage, hope to get it tomorrow. Cheers Glen

That's a very good deal on a brand new 3930k :)
Also nice to see all the parts are coming in, rig ready to be assembled soon i guess

Bitfenix recon fan controller & fan splitter cables came today. Will hopefully get started tomorrow, can not wait. Will upload some pics soon, cheers Glen

I've chosen the reverse layout for a few reasons. If i keep the case on the left hand side of my desk, it give me more wall space for a bigger TV and also when the time comes to fitting gpu blocks, they will look epic :D

All sounds good and it seems logical for you to get the reverse layout. Let me know when you've ordered so i can keep my eye out for your pictures. Cheers

Nice, I think you can reverse the layout at anytime if I remember correctly? At the moment I am having massive problems trying to get fluid around my loop. Been trying for the last few nights 24/7 but no joy whatsoever. I originally wanted one large loop but that did not work. I split it & bottom loop for GPU's is great but the top loop for CPU will not flow. I hope when your case arrives you do not get any problems? Have you ordered yet?

:wiggle:

I've sent Kevin a final email with my final choices of configuration, accessories and told him i'm ready to order so i'll just wait for him to send over the PayPal invoice and then make the payment.

I may also split the loops or go one big loop but this will happen around summer time.

You said the top cpu loop will not flow, is the pump working ok?

Yeah, the pump is working fine & set oh the highest setting. I have tried every different routes for tubing & nothing works.

Update

Got the invoice in the last hour from Kevin at Caselabs and i have finally, after months of delay, months of browsing the CaseLabs website for accessories, made the payment of £681.49.....Woooosaaaa...

Its worth it though, very damn excited now, can't wait to put the case together and progress with the build :D

Great news

Hi, I am sure you will not disappointed. What spec did you end going for? I received five days after paying the invoice. Hope you put some pics on here. Nice one mate

Even though i have ordered the case, there's still an additional item that i am going to order today and that is the flexbay short mounts so that if i decide to use dual bay-res and not tube res, then i can use em. There's a lot to think about when ordering one of these cases

And also the front I/O usb 2.0 and audio will be custom painted to match the case so it maybe a while until i get the delivery but hopefully it arrives before Xmas so i can build it in the holidays :)

Great news

That is perfect timing for you, I bet you can not wait? Mine is almost finished, running it at the moment but waiting for my Bitfenix alchemy extensions to arrive (hopefully be Monday) then I will post pictures to my build log. Had loads of hassle getting top loop to work. Eventually replaced one of my top rads and all is now fine. I am going to run the two loops until after xnas then i may switch to one loop to compare temps. You will have a very busy time with your new build I assume? Have you got all your other hardware yet? Cheers Glen
