Case Fan Question

Ok, so I'm trying to theme my new system and I have a quick question.

The color scheme is going to be black and yellow to match my MSI Big Bang Z77 MPower Mobo and OCZ ZT 750w PSU. I'm going to be using black sleeved cable extensions until I can afford to get a black/yellow sleeve kit. I want to put black case fans with yellow fins to match the color scheme but the only fans I can find in this color scheme that I can afford are SilenX 120mm Effizio Quiet Case Fans @ 1100 RPM 44 CFM.

Now, I'm going to be using a Corsair H100i CPU Cooler and I would like to have the fans match the color scheme as well. Would these fans work to keep my i5-3570k cool while OC'd @ atleast 4.0ghz (4.5ghz perferred)?

I'd buy some decent quiet fans if I was you and paint them. Couldn't bear the loud noise some of the fans make when pushing a bit more air.

I suppose I could use Corsair SP120's for the fans and stain the white bands yellow. What do you think?

you could try them against the OE SP120L fans for the performance side of
things, but with stats like those and the profile of the impeller, i'd say they
would not be a good radiator fan, especially a high density radiator like the H100(i).

Yea, I'm thinking I will just get SP120's and stain the white bands to match the color scheme. Should be easy and cheap for me to do that.

You could have a look at Akasa fans? I think they sell them, but i'm not 100% certain, but there black and yellow.

Yea the Akasa Viper fans are black case with yellow fins. I know the Apaches are very quiet, not had any experience with the Vipers though.

This wont interfere with yellow/black color, it should actually help the theme imo.

Good fans good price, here's the temps on an h70core. There is a generic pull fan on the back of the radiator that h ardly moves air at all, this xigmatech does 90% of the work, and does a good job.

+1 for viper s-flow. i have a 140mm on low rpm and its pretty quiet, andits yellow and black
